4 Springs Graphics - Refund & Returns Policy

Returns & Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, all sales are final once production has started. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

We accept returns only for:

  • Manufacturing defects (misprints, ink issues, adhesion problems)

  • Wrong items shipped

  • Damaged products upon delivery

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Customer-provided file errors (low resolution, wrong design, text cutoff, sizing mistakes)

  • Color variations due to monitor differences or fabric type

  • File was submitting RGB (Our printers print CMYK)
  • Items that have been heat-pressed or applied to garments

  • Change of mind after production begins

  • Late pickups or missed deadlines

Return Window

You have 3 days from delivery date to report defects or errors. All claims must include:

  • Photos of the defective item

  • Original packaging (if possible)

  • Order number

Our Commitment

If we make a mistake (wrong file printed, production error, quality defect), we will reprint your order at no charge. Contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at sales@4springsgraphics.com within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos and order details

  3. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

Non-Refundable Items

  • Rush orders (once rush processing begins)

  • Custom gang sheets after production starts

  • Used, pressed, or altered transfers

  • Original shipping fees

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
